Who developed The Taraci Collection?
The Taraci Collection has been developed by TJT MOTIVATION, an incentive marketing firm with over 25 years experience in the corporate gift and recognition industry. TJT MOTIVATION is a member of IMA (The Incentive Marketing Association) & ASIs Multi-Million Dollar Roundtable.
Why are there no prices for merchandise?
The Taraci Collection has been designed for corporate clients who wish to develop an incentive or gift program. Prices will be custom quoted for each order based upon quantity.
Once I place an order how long does it take to ship?
All items in The Taraci Collection are available at the time of publication; however, in-stock quantities vary by brand. When you request a quote and include a delivery date, you will be notified as to availability. Normal shipping time for in-stock items is 10 business days via UPS. Overnight and 2nd day air is also available.
What is a minimum order?
Manufacturers have different order requirements, which is why we must provide clients a custom quote. Your quote will include minimum quantity, cost and lead-time.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. Samples will be billed at list price plus shipping. If an order is generated, clients will be credited the difference between the list price and cost.
How can I pay for my order?
We will accept corporate check, MC or Visa.
What is your return & defective goods policy?
The Taraci Collection stands fully behind all the merchandise offered by our manufacturers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for credit or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization. Beyond that period we are bound by the policy individual manufacturers have set for replacement or repair. These situations will be handled on an individual basis.
Can you drop-ship to individuals?
Yes. Standard shipping is UPS ground, but 2nd day and next day is available at an additional charge.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, with some restrictions. Your gift counselor can assist you with this information.
I would like to run an incentive program online, can I use The Taraci Collection for my program?
Absolutely. An Account Executive will work with you to determine your goals and our IT department will design an online program which can be linked to your intranet or hosted on the TJT MOTIVATION site, all within your budget.
How much does a custom web site cost and how long does it take to build?
Naturally, the cost of the site varies with the complexity and scope of your program. The lead time will also vary with the length of your decision making process but, as a rule of thumb, after goals have been determined and the client has selected merchandise, a finished site will be operational in 4-6 weeks.
